wake up 7:00-8:30am yoga and meditation

                 8:30-10:30am breakfast/journaling/hike/self time

                 10:30-1:00pm group session 

                 1:00-5:00pm  lunch, pool, rest, beach, port visit, etc.

                 5:00-7:00pm evening session sound healing included

                 7:00-9:00pm dinner, celebrations, dancing, etc.

           If you decide to go to nightclubs, please wait until later in the week so as to not miss class the next day.
